You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi8win login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify mbi8win immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. mbi8win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
In compliance with anti-money laundering obligations, mbi8win may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal facilities.
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 180 days. mbi8win may apply an inactivity fee of RM 10 per month to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance. Members will be notified prior to any deduction taking effect.

Where a third-party payment is identified, mbi8win reserves the right to void the deposit, suspend the associated account, and return funds to the originating account after deducting any applicable processing fees.
All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mbi8win does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal request can be processed. Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules governing settlement, void bets, and in-play wagering. For football markets covering the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, and other competitions, bets are settled based on the official result at full time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. In the event of a technical fault, system error, or network interruption during a game session, mbi8win reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a platform error, any wager placed for that round will be refunded to your account balance. mbi8win's decision in such matters is final.
